The price of gold continued to pop quickly on Friday, despite the appreciation of rupee against the greenback.
The price of gold per tola had increased by Rs200 to reach Rs216,500.
The price of 10-gram gold had increased by Rs172 to reach Rs185,614.
At the international market, the price of gold per ounce had increased by $4 to reach $2056 per ounce.
