Security forces in Dukki district foiled a major terrorist plot in a timely operation, killing two armed militants belonging to a banned organisation.
Balochistan Advisor on Home Department Babar Yousafzai praised the swift and courageous action of the forces, stating that personnel displayed professional skill and saved the area from significant damage.
He said the operation took place in the Killi Bakhtiar Khan area, where a large quantity of weapons was recovered from the slain militants.
Yousafzai stated that both militants were on record and were engaged in preparations for a major act of sabotage. The deceased were identified as Sanaullah and Jamalhan.
He said the two men were also involved in an attack on an FC vehicle during the month of Ramazan, in which five personnel were martyred.
The home adviser commended the bravery of the security personnel and said such operations against elements hostile to peace would continue.
