Pakistan demands immediate international intervention over Israeli strikes in Lebanon

Pakistan has strongly condemned Israeli military operations in Lebanon and urged the international community to intervene immediately.

According to details surfaced on Tuesday, a Foreign Office spokesperson stated that Pakistan will continue to support all efforts aimed at lasting peace in Lebanon and across the region.

According to the spokesperson, Israeli actions against Lebanon constitute a blatant violation of international law. Hundreds of civilians have been killed and half a million displaced as a result of the attacks. "These operations undermine attempts to maintain peace and stability in Lebanon and may exacerbate security and humanitarian crises in the region," the statement added.

Pakistan called on Israel to withdraw its forces from Lebanon immediately, fully, and unconditionally. The Foreign Office emphasised that Pakistan stands with the Lebanese people against Israeli aggression and will continue to support all efforts for enduring peace in the region.
