The Punjab education boards have officially released the annual examination schedule for matric and Intermediate classes, setting clear timelines for exams and result announcements across the province.
According to the announced schedule, annual examinations for Class 10 will begin from March 27. The schedule will be implemented uniformly across all education boards in Punjab.
Students and parents have welcomed the early announcement, allowing sufficient time for final exam preparation.
Class 9, 10 result dates
The results of Class 10 annual examinations will be announced on August 6. Meanwhile, students appearing in Class 9 exams will receive their results on September 2.
Education officials say the staggered result schedule is aimed at ensuring smooth processing and timely admissions.
Intermediate exams from May 20
Annual examinations for Class 11 and 12 are scheduled to start from May 20. The same exam calendar will apply to all boards operating under the Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
Authorities confirmed that examination centres and invigilation arrangements will be finalized ahead of time.
According to the schedule, the results of Class 12 annual exams will be announced on September 23. The results for Class 11 will follow on October 22.
The timeline is expected to help students plan university admissions and academic transitions without delays.
Schedule applicable across Punjab
Officials clarified that the announced examination and result schedule will be applicable to all education boards in Punjab, ensuring consistency across the province.
