A terrorist attack unfolded at a police line in Tank, marked by a relentless six-hour exchange of fire between security personnel and the assailants since the wee hours of Friday.

As per SAMAA TV, three terrorists who were present within the police line territory were eliminated, and clearance operations are underway.
The affected area has been surrounded by both police and security forces. The security forces bravely fought against the terrorists and gunned down three terrorists.
Three brave policemen were martyred while three others were injured. A clearance operation is going on by the security forces.

In a separate incident at the Nala Joint Post in Khyber police station Bara, terrorists targeted security personnel, resulting in two martyrs among the forces.
Reports said that heavy weapons, including hand grenades, were employed in the attack, leaving seven soldiers injured, alongside a policeman. The injured have been promptly transferred to Peshawar for medical assistance.
Despite a retaliatory action by the forces, the terrorists managed to escape the scene.
