Three more terrorists were killed during the ongoing Operation Shaban, a joint counterterrorism operation being carried out by the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan and police in Balochistan, according to security sources.
Security forces said the latest action was part of continued air and ground operations targeting terrorist hideouts across the province.
According to security sources, 105 terrorists have been killed since July 5 during Operation Shaban and other intelligence-based operations conducted across Balochistan.
The operation is continuing in difficult mountainous terrain, where security forces are carrying out coordinated search, clearance and intelligence-based actions against terrorist networks.
Officials said suspected terrorist hideouts are being identified and targeted as part of efforts to dismantle terrorist infrastructure operating in the province.
Security sources reiterated that the forces remain committed to eliminating terrorist elements and restoring peace in the region, adding that clearance and search operations are ongoing.
Earlier, security forces had announced that nine more terrorists were killed in a previous phase of the operation as the offensive intensified across several areas of Balochistan.
