Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) suffered a blow on Sunday when its vocalist and prominent leader Ali Nawaz Awan announced the parting of ways with PTI and joining Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP).
The announcement came during his meeting with IPP’s Patron-in-Chief Jahangir Khan Tareen and President Abdul Aleem Khan at the Lahore office where Awn Chaudhry and other party leaders were also present.
Meanwhile, IPP’s top guns lauded Ali Nawaz’s decision and welcomed him to the party.
