The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has said that the cold weather with partly cloudy skies is likely to prevail in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
According to details, cold and dry conditions will prevail in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Severe cold conditions will continue in the hilly districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the PMD said. Light rain and light snowfall may occur at a few locations in Chitral, Dir, Kohistan and Kalam.
Moreover, light rain and light snowfall are also likely at isolated places in Swat, Kurram and Waziristan. Cold and dry weather is likely to continue in most districts of Punjab.
Cold conditions with partly cloudy skies may persist in Murree, the Galiyat and adjoining areas. Rain and light snowfall may occur in Murree, the Galiyat and nearby regions.
Light drizzle is likely at a few locations in Multan, Jhang, Sargodha and Faisalabad. Cold and dry weather is expected in most districts of Sindh.
Cold weather with partly cloudy skies may prevail in most districts of Balochistan. Light rain and light snowfall are likely in Quetta, Zhob, Ziarat, Chaman and Pishin.
