Earlier in December, Pakistan had extended its airspace closure for Indian-registered aircraft by another month, continuing restrictions that have been in place since April last year amid ongoing bilateral tensions.
The PAA had issued a new Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) with the approval of the federal government, confirming that Pakistan’s airspace will remain closed to Indian aircraft until 23 January, 2026.
