Controversial TikTok star Hareem Shah, who frequently finds herself embroiled in controversies, while clarifying that her interactions with political figures were part of a personal mission, which she considers to have been successful, disclosed that she has faced multiple instances of sexual harassment.
Hareem Shah, a well-known TikTok influencer with a penchant for stirring up social media controversies, is also recognized for sharing confidential videos involving political figures, a claim she has made on numerous occasions.
In September 2021, she publicly acknowledged her marriage to Bilal Shah. Prior to this, in June 2021, Hareem Shah asserted that she had married a leader affiliated with the Pakistan People's Party (PPP); however, she later refuted this statement, refraining from disclosing any specific names.
Ms Shah recently made an appearance on a podcast where she shared insights into her childhood, her involvement in exposing videos featuring political figures, and her experiences with sexual harassment.
At the outset of the podcast, Ahmed Ali Butt inquired whether her interactions with political figures were intentional or accidental. In response, she stated that she deliberately engages in certain activities involving political figures.
She explained, "Certain things I intentionally pursued, but at times, they occurred accidentally. Everything I did with political figures was part of my mission, and I'm thankful to say that I have succeeded in every mission. I have not failed in any mission."

Regarding her entry into social media, Shah explained that she became inspired by former prime minister Imran Khan and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI). She recalled leaving her classes to participate in Imran Khan’s political rallies and even had the opportunity to meet him on a few occasions.
After joining a political party and actively attending meetings and rallies, she recounted experiencing harassment multiple times.
Hareem disclosed that she has encountered incidents of sexual harassment on several occasions. She mentioned, “Whenever someone attempted to sexually harass me, I played my cards in a way that they also faced repercussions.” However, she did not provide further details during the podcast.
Reflecting on her journey in social media, she admitted to making numerous mistakes. She emphasized that these errors taught her valuable lessons, and she does not regret them. She remarked, “I was initially unfamiliar with using social media, but as people began criticizing me, I gradually started learning the ropes.” Although she acknowledges her past blunders, she now uses her social media platform to advocate for innocent children facing cruelty.

“I never did anything to garner views, and that her primary intention, she would have established her YouTube channel long ago, as numerous fake accounts under her name have already been made,” she said.
“My motivations for sharing videos of celebrities were not financially driven, and had no personal agenda. Instead, my purpose is to reveal the "real face" of the individuals featured in her videos to the people of Pakistan,” the TikTok star clarified.
While not naming specific individuals, Hareem Shah criticized political celebrities, describing them as hypocritical, behaving one way in public and differently behind closed doors.
Regarding her actions involving Hina Parvez Butt, Hareem Shah admitted that she initially exposed videos and photos of Hina Parvez Butt because of the latter's unwarranted criticism of the PTI chairman. However, she later recognized the error in her actions and regretted her decision.

Ms Shah while expressing her aspirations to enter politics, stated her desire to learn and become a political figure who can make a positive impact on the lives of the underprivileged.
In addition, she revealed that she has resolved all differences with fellow TikToker and her longtime friend Sandal Khattak, and explained that conflicts can arise between friends, even as close as sisters.
