Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Ishaq Dar emphasised on Saturday that there is an immense and enthusiastic welcome awaiting former prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

The former Finance Minister provided an update to the PML-N leader. During the discussion, Dar stated, "People from all corners of the country are converging on Lahore to extend a warm welcome to their leader."

He further stated, "Kashmir Highway witnessed a surge in activity as PML-N supporters are all set to greet Nawaz Sharif."

PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif today praised former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in connection with his return to the country after four years in exile.

Taking to X, Shehbaz Sharif said, ‘’ My leader, Nawaz Sharif, will be among you today, InshaAllah. He is coming back to unite this nation, not to divide it further’’.

He said, ‘’He is coming back to spread love among his people, not hatred. He is coming back to help you become a productive citizen, not as ammunition for any party or group. He is coming back to put Pakistan back on track’’.
