The Returning Officer (RO) for NA-4 on Friday rejected the nomination papers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI leader Murad Saeed as the candidate was on absconder's list.
Swat: PTI leader Murad Saeed has been absconding since the May 9 incidents. The PTI lawyer said he has completed all the documents required by the Election Commission of Pakistan and announced to appeal against the verdict in Peshawar High Court (PHC).
