A special anthem was released to mark the signing of a joint defence pact between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye.
The song highlighted brotherhood, faith and the shared defence commitment of the three countries. Its message said that Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are united by their shared belief in one Allah, one Holy Prophet (PBUH), one Quran, one Kalma, one Qibla and one identity.
Pakistan, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia signed the joint defence pact, under which an attack on one country will be considered an attack on all three countries.
According to the Foreign Office, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited Saudi Arabia at the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received the Turkish president and the Pakistani prime minister.
