In a distressing turn of events, the neighbourhood of White Rock in Vancouver, Canada, was disrupted by a violent incident at the residence of Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal.
Several shots were fired, and gangster Lawrence Bishnoi through a Facebook post boldly claimed responsibility for the utterly violent act.
Bishnoi's direct address to Grewal was ominous, warning him that even his association with Salman Khan would not ensure his safety. In his message, Bishnoi wrote, "Don't expect Salman Khan or even Dawood to protect you. No one can. Your public response to Sidhu Moosewala's demise hasn't gone unnoticed. We're aware of Moosewala's connections and history."
The gangster's threats intensified as he highlighted Grewal's past associations, indicating that his recent actions had brought him under their scrutiny. Bishnoi bluntly teased, "This is just a glimpse; the complete picture will unfold soon. You may attempt to flee, but remember, death arrives without invitation; it knows no borders."
The alarming incident has rattled the Punjabi music industry, igniting widespread concern for Grewal's safety. Lawrence Bishnoi's explicit and foreboding warnings have deepened the gravity of the situation, prompting speculation about the underlying motives driving such a targeted attack.
Lawrance Bishnoi gang has previously been accused of renowned Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s murder.
