An extremely regrettable incident occurred in Usta Muhammad, where a pack of stray dogs attacked residents, leaving 35 people injured, including 11 children and six women.
According to details, all the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. The incident took place in Station Street, within the limits of the City Police Station, where a pack of dogs attacked people in the area. As a result, 35 citizens, including 11 children and six women, sustained injuries.
The injured were immediately moved to the Civil Hospital, where anti-rabies vaccines were administered to all victims. Meanwhile, members of the public said that the absence of a dog control campaign had led to an increase in the number of stray dogs, resulting in a rise in such incidents. Citizens further said that the police and district administration should take notice of the matter and begin a dog control campaign.
