Adviser to the prime minister, Rana Sanaullah said on Saturday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan would not be shifted to any other jail.
Speaking to media, Sanaullah said there were no objections if the PTI members limited themselves to meetings only, adding that Imran Khan had long called others thieves and dacoits, and had now come under scrutiny himself.
He said watches received as gifts by Imran Khan had surfaced in other countries.
Sanaullah said that the new project was introduced by installing RTS in 2018, adding that until 2017 the dollar rate, petrol prices and other rates remained normal.
He said Pakistan had to enter the IMF programme due to PTI policies, adding that the subsidies could not be given because of the IMF programme.
Sanaullah said public relief would be provided after the IMF programme ended.
He said tribunals were to be formed at the divisional level, on which the court had already given its verdict, adding that the £190 million case was also before the public.
Sanaullah said gifts did not belong to any individual but to the state, adding that the person who called others thieves had himself been proven a thief.
He said that if given the opportunity, Pakistan’s army should be sent to Palestine. He said the Pakistan Army would be a major support for peace.
Sanaullah said they would go under the spirit of service to Palestinians, not on anyone’s instructions.
