Pakistan has decided to close its airspace with India on October 28 and 29 as a precautionary measure.
The closure will be in effect from 6am to 9am on both days, impacting routes connecting India through the Lahore and Karachi Flight Information Regions.
According to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), precautionary instructions have been issued to all commercial flights.
The airspace will remain closed for three hours daily over the two-day period. The airport authority has also issued a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) to inform all airlines and aviation operators of the temporary restriction.
