In a remarkable turn of events, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Sher Afzal Marwat and Barrister Gohar have buried the hatchet, bringing an end to their reported differences.
The two leaders, known for their political prominence, reached a peaceful resolution, marking a significant moment for the party, according to informed sources.
Sher Afzal Marwat went to the PTI head office to extend his congratulations to Barrister Gohar, signaling a shift toward reconciliation. A conversation ensued between the leaders, fostering an atmosphere of understanding and unity.
Expressing his sentiments, Sher Afzal Marwat acknowledged hearing about show cause notices from the party, indicating the existence of talks regarding differences between him and Barrister Gohar. However, he emphasized that Gohar holds a special place in his heart, akin to a younger brother.
During the meeting, Sher Afzal Marwat clarified that his concerns were directed towards the overall party leadership, not aimed at questioning Gohar's competence. He reiterated that his stance was rooted in the belief that an appropriate response was lacking during a protest.
Despite his clarification, Marwat found himself facing a show cause notice from the party. The issuance of the notice prompted a renewed sense of camaraderie from Marwat, who, in a symbolic gesture, hugged and kissed Barrister Gohar.
