Former Pakistan cricketer Kamran Akmal on Friday lavished praise on Indian cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal for putting up a brilliant double century against England in the second Test.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Akmal acknowledged the resilience of the 22-year-old cricketer, saying, "Jaiswal is playing his 6th test match and scored his first double hundred today."
He praised the talent of the fringe player, saying, "What a player he is. I love watching this young man play."
Jaiswal had become the third-youngest man to rack up a double century for India.
