Former prime minister and PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif has condemned the alleged attack on an election office in Dera Allah Yar in Balochistan's Jaffarabad district on Thursday morning.
In a tweet following the triple explosions in various areas of Balochistan on Thursday, Shehbaz urged the caretaker government to ensure peace and order. He asserted that terrorists wanted to prevent people from exercising their right to vote, adding that no one will be intimidated.
Three separate blasts occurred in Balochistan's provincial capital Quetta, Turbat, and Dera Allah Yar city of Jaffarabad district, injuring four people who have been shifted to hospitals for medical treatment.

The security situation continues to pose a challenging situation as the province is heading towards general elections on National Assembly and provincial assembly seats.
In Quetta, an explosive material blasted near a police checkpost while one person was injured in the Turbat blast that occurred at Ghulam Nabi Chowk wherein the police team identified the nature of the blast.
In a third blast, a cracker blast occurred in the Bhatti hotel located on the national highway Dera Allah Yar in district Jaffarabad.
