Australian skipper Pat Cummins continues to steal the spotlight in no time as he bagged the Sir Garfield Trophy for ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year.
The benefits had been reaped for Cummins after he showed not only his brilliance as an individual but as the spearhead for his time in the recently held World Cup. Under his able leadership, Australia had managed to clinch the World Cup title for the sixth time.
One of the pluses of that triumph was that the Pat Cummins-led Australia not only clinched the World Cup, but it was also a great achievement to beat India in the final on their shores.
