Multan Sultans’ owner Ali Khan Tareen expressed his desire to see the addition of the player mics in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The Sultans’ owner, who is known for his deep understanding of cricket, reacted to the post on X (formerly Twitter) about the Big Bash League (BBL), in which footage of Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell was shared, where the latter was chatting on the mic with the commentators.
“I really wish we had player mics in PSL. Such great content,” Ali Tareen penned.
In another tweet, he said, “Iftikhar Ahmed on the mic would be fiery.”
Separately, Ali Tareen also shared his experience of indulging in the process of drafting the upcoming edition of the PSL.
“A lot of work goes into a draft. Pre-analysis, lots of data, and then giving that data context and relevance. Draft simulations, team simulations, and more. We wanted to capture the process to show the fans. The team did a superb job,” he stated.
