The Lahore High Court (LHC) accepted the prosecution’s plea to present arguments in the next hearing against Abid Malhi and Shafqat Bagga -- sentenced to death in the Sialkot motorway rape case.
LHC's Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhary and Justice Ali Zia Bajwa heard the appeals wherein the prosecution sought time to present augments.
The case hearing has been adjourned for 10 days.
