Imad Wasim is facing serious allegations from his former wife following news of his second marriage.
The claims, made publicly on social media, have sparked controversy online, while neither the cricketer nor his franchise has issued an official response.
After Imad Wasim’s reported marriage to social media influencer Nayla Raja, his ex-wife Sania Ashfaq shared a post on Instagram leveling grave accusations.
Sania claimed that she underwent an abortion in Lahore in December 2023. She alleged that the action was carried out by Imad Wasim and stated that she possesses video evidence related to the matter.

Her post quickly gained attention, drawing widespread reactions across social media platforms.
Criticism of Islamabad United
In her statement, Sania further accused Islamabad United of giving an opportunity to what she described as a “murderer and cheater.”
She called for a boycott of the franchise, asserting that no one accused of such actions should escape accountability.
As of now, neither Imad Wasim nor Islamabad United has released anofficial response addressing these allegations.
Imad Wasim’s earlier statement
Prior to the latest controversy, Imad had shared a message on social media reflecting on his divorce.
He wrote that he had gone through one of the most difficult phases of his life when his marriage did not succeed. Despite that period, he described his children as the greatest blessings of his life and expressed deep love for them.
Imad also admitted that he held on to hope for too long and made decisions he regrets.
He acknowledged that his delay and silence created a situation where an innocent person faced criticism she did not deserve, adding that he takes full responsibility for that burden.
Marriage to Nayla Raja
Imad further stated that, by the grace of Allah and with guidance from his parents, he had married Nayla.
He described the step as thoughtful and intentional, aimed at building a life based on peace, stability, and mutual respect.
According to him, Nayla has brought stability, dignity, and strength into his life, and he expressed full confidence in his decision.
It is worth noting that Imad Wasim divorced his first wife, Sania Ashfaq, a few months ago.
At the time, Sania had claimed that their relationship had been disrupted due to Imad’s alleged relationship with Nayla Raja.
The latest accusations have now intensified the controversy surrounding the cricketer’s personal life.
