The complete medical examination and treatment record of the PTI founder during his time in jail has been submitted to the Punjab Home Department.
According to sources, the Punjab Home Department had sought comprehensive details from Adiala Jail authorities regarding the PTI founder’s medical treatment, following which all required documents have been provided. Sources stated that doctors conduct medical check-ups of the PTI founder three times daily.
The record submitted to the department includes a complete chart of blood pressure, pulse rate, body temperature, and blood sugar levels. Details of an eye-related condition are also part of the report.
The report further contains the opinions of consultant doctors, details of medical staff, and records of which doctor conducted medical examinations and when. Sources added that doctors carry out regular check-ups three times a day, while all vital signs and medical assessments are documented accordingly.
