A retired news anchor in the United States has set a Guinness World Record by collecting a large number of colorful socks.
Jim Donovan, a retired news anchor from CBS Philadelphia, said that during his career viewers noticed his colorful socks, after which his fans began sending him new pairs.
Some of these pairs even featured his face printed on them.
Guinness World Records verified his collection, which includes 1,531 unique pairs of socks.
Speaking to Guinness World Records, he said that many people sent him pairs of socks with his face printed on them over several years.
