A female Great Dane in the United States has set a new Guinness World Record for being the tallest female dog in the world.
Mini, a pet Great Dane belonging to a family from the US state of Connecticut, achieved the record with a height of 3 feet and 2 inches.
Mini’s owners, Ken and Lisa, adopted her when she was just two months old. She began growing rapidly, and by her first birthday, her weight had reached approximately 16 kilograms.
When Mini was around two and a half years old, Ken and Lisa’s daughter suggested that she might be capable of earning a Guinness World Record.
The family waited for Mini to fully mature, and her height was officially measured when she was three and a half years old.
The measurement confirmed Mini’s height at 3 feet and 2 inches, making her the tallest dog ever recorded in the female category.
