In celebration of winning the Under-19 Asia Cup, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi announced a reward of Rs5 million for each player.
According to insiders, during a meeting with the Under-19 players, Mohsin Naqvi made the announcement, telling the players that they had proudly elevated Pakistan’s name.
He specifically praised Sameer Minhas, saying, “Sameer Minhas, you are our pride; you delivered an outstanding performance,” and made a special individual announcement for him.
Previously, the PCB had also announced a reward of Rs5 million per player for winning the Emerging Asia Cup.
