Voter turnout in the by-elections for six National Assembly and seven Punjab Assembly seats stood at 28.58 per cent, the Election Commission of Pakistan reported on Wednesday.
In NA-18 Haripur, turnout reached 50.82 per cent. NA-185 Dera Ghazi Khan recorded 32.61 per cent, while NA-96 Faisalabad saw 26.46 per cent. NA-143 Sahiwal registered 21.43 per cent, and NA-129 Lahore reported 18.67 per cent. NA-104 Faisalabad recorded 13.23 per cent turnout.
In the Punjab Assembly, PP-269 Muzaffargarh recorded 50.82 per cent turnout. PP-98 Faisalabad reported 36.82 per cent, PP-73 Sargodha 34.45 per cent, and PP-87 Mianwali 27 per cent.
