Taking to Twitter, the 42-year-old said, "Never witnessed such a response from fans of cricket towards the Asia Cup match between Pakistan and India. Empty stadium."
Hafeez also shared a picture of an empty stadium to support his arguments in this regard.
The breathtaking thriller between Pakistan and India will resume on Monday as rain once again impacted the match on Sunday.
