Grace Chambers, aged 97 and from Northern Ireland, has become the oldest person in Europe to complete 250 park runs.
She achieved this milestone by completing the 5,000-metre course at Ormeau Park in South Belfast.
Remarkably, Chambers took part in the event only four weeks after undergoing heart surgery. Despite the medical setback, she joined the run on Saturday and surprised many with her participation.
After finishing the course, she said she was delighted to have completed the challenge. She added that although there had been a chance she might not manage it, she always thinks positively and continues trying until she succeeds.
