The award was presented to ASP Anam by the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, who praised her for her leadership and dedication to investigative policing. Every year, the World Police Summit honours officers around the globe who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact in their respective policing fields. This year, the selection committee underwent a strict scrutiny process, including in-depth interviews, before finalizing the winners. Out of hundreds of applicants, only two officers were shortlisted, with ASP Anam emerging victorious.
