In a significant development in the Jinnah House arson case, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore has declared five more workers innocent.
The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) submitted its findings, leading to the court’s decision.
The ATC judge, Manzar Ali Gul, presided over the hearing.
Workers Kamran, Usman Qadri, Shahid Khan, Shayan Saeed, and Syed Dabir-ul-Hassan were declared innocent by the JIT.
Following the findings, the accused workers requested to withdraw their bail applications. The court dismissed the bail applications based on this request. The case against the workers was registered at Sarwar Road Police Station.
