The New Gwadar International Airport is set to become operational on August 14, with sources indicating that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will likely perform the soft launch.
A special PIA flight from Karachi is expected to be the first to land at the new airport.
The runways have been built to international standards, ensuring top-notch quality. The project has incurred a total expenditure of Rs54.98 billion.
