The Pakistan Army organized an Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) cadre for youth from North Waziristan, aiming to integrate tribal areas' youth into the mainstream. The cadre, held from July 1 to July 12, 2024, focused on preparing 14 candidates for military officer commission tests.
The program's primary objective was to ready participants for the ISSB test and final interview. Training covered all aspects of the ISSB assessment, which is expected to benefit candidates in various other competitive examinations as well.
This initiative is part of the army's efforts to enhance the capabilities of tribal area youth, enabling them to join national institutions. The cadre aimed to improve participants' skills and increase their chances of success in military recruitment processes.
The ISSB preparation is designed to not only assist candidates in this specific test but also to develop skills applicable to other competitive examinations and career opportunities.
