Security forces on Wednesday carried out an intelligence-based operation in Bajaur District targeting a high-profile terrorist.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), during the operation, after an intense exchange of fire, terrorist commander Irfanullah Adnan, was killed.
The killed terrorist was involved in numerous terrorist activities against security forces, extortion, and targeted killings of innocent civilians, making him highly wanted by law enforcement agencies.
The local community appreciated the operation and expressed their full support for the security forces' efforts to eliminate terrorism from the country.
