In an unfortunate incident, at least four people were killed while nine others sustained injuries on Tuesday after a passenger van collided head-on with a dumper on Faisalabad’s Satyana road, Samaa TV reported.
According to details, the ill-fated passenger van was en route from Tandlianwala to Faisalabad.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased and injured to a nearby hospital.
Local law enforcement cordoned off the area to facilitate the rescue efforts and launch an investigation into the accident's cause.
The injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment at the hospital, and their conditions vary from stable to critical.
The identities of the deceased and injured individuals have not been released.
