Former Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi shifted back to Adiala jail on Friday.
According to the details, Elahi had been shifted back to Adiala jail after his health was improving and medical test reports were normal.
Earlier, Elahi had been shifted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital after his condition worsened.

Separately, the Appellate Tribunal of Lahore High Court allowed Moonis Elahi to contest the by-election.
The tribunal accepted the nomination papers of Moonis Elahi and set aside the decision of the Returning Officer (RO).
The Returning Officer had rejected the nomination papers of PP-158 of a former federal minister.
