Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) President Abdul Aleem Khan on Wednesday elected newly-elected Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Shahzad Shaukat and his panel on their success.

Expressing his thoughts, Aleem Khan said, ‘'Hopefully, the SCBA will play its role positively in the matters of the country.”

He underscored the importance of the lawyers’ community, saying, ‘’The lawyers’ community has played a vital role in strengthening democracy and other democratic institutions.”

‘’The SCBA had denounced the politics of hatred through its opinions. The IPP is also forming the strong and active lawyers’ wing,’’ Aleem Khan maintained.

– Power show in Hafizabad –

The IPP had geared up to stage a power show in Hafizabad after a successful public gathering in Jahanian.

The containers had been sent today to the location of the upcoming workers’ convention of the grandiose party. The IPP bigwigs will address the participants of the meeting in the public gathering.

The IPP has been prepared to stage the workers’ convention on November 3 (Friday).

– Former MPA joins IPP –

Former MPA Karam Dad Wahla joined the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) on Saturday.

IPP patron-in-chief Jahangir Khan Tareen and IPP President Abdul Aleem Khan had welcomed Karam Dad Wahla by offering the party flag to the latter.
