Former England captain Michael Vaughan has lavished his praise on Saim Ayub, who showed his batting prowess and ensured his team swept past against Australia in Adelaide.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Vaughan said, “Wow. Now that’s a performance by Pakistan. Saim Ayub looks like a seriously talented player who will be a huge success across all formats for many years to come. #AusvPak.”
In another tweet, Vaughan had also acknowledged fast bowler Haris Rauf’s bowling prowess, saying, “Pace is always the key. Haris Rauf on fire in Adelaide... Great to watch.”
