When you get older, it becomes even more important to keep fit. These senior citizens in Multan know this very well, that's why they practice yoga every day at the Qasim Bagh Stadium. By practicing yoga, you can increase their muscle strength, improve your respiration and energy and maintain cardio and circulatory health. They also benefit from exercising in the sun. Many younger people could learn a lesson or two from them.
