Facebook: Sad and Angry emoticons stand a chance instead of dislike button

like dislike

Good news for those who have an addiction for uploading countless pictures on Facebook and were in a fear of getting their pictures dislike after the announcement of introducing dislike button.

According to the recent feed no such amendment is o be made, in fact the like button on Facebook is being improvised with the addition of emoticons.

“We didn’t want to just build a dislike button because we do not want to turn Facebook into a forum where people are voting up or down on people’s posts. That doesn’t seem like the kind of community we want to create.”- M ark Zuckerberg previously said

On Friday a trial will start in Ireland and Spain where users can choose six emotions among ‘like’ on posts. The choices for the trial are: affection, yippee, wow, haha, miserable, and angry.

Now we can confess our reaction via these emoticons either the picture is of joy and sorrow.

“We are testing Reactions, an extension of the ‘like’ button, to give you more ways to share your reaction to a Facebook post in a quick and easy way,” Facebook said in a statement.

Imagining it being introduced in Pakistan, those who are in practice of taking their selfies,  posing and pouting and eventually liked by their friends(leaving them with no other option) 😀  will now come across several reactions to their posts/images.

So watch out for this upcoming wave of change.
