KARACHI: Chief Justice Sindh High Court (SHC) has taken suo motu notice of over a dozen measles-related deaths of children in Sujawal and Thatta districts of Sindh, SAMAA reported.

The CJ issued notices to Secretary Health, Chief Secretary and officials of Thatta district administration to appear in the court on Wednesday and file their response over the matter.

Officials said over 12 children have died so far in measles outbreak in Sujawal and Thatta, with hundreds of measles cases reported in villages of the two worst-hit districts. – SAMAA
