Samsung Health has collaborated with Calm to help improve people’s mental health.
The company has been actively finding ways to compete toe-to-toe with Fitbit.
According to Engadget, Samsung has now partnered with Calm and Samsung Health now will be getting a bunch of new programmes to help people meditate.
Using the feature with Galaxy Watch Active, will allow users to play and pause sessions and track their stress levels.
Calm is a popular guided meditation and relaxation app with more than 40 million users across platforms. The app offers hundreds of meditation programmes aimed at helping people with anxiety, managing stress, and improving focus.
The service has been received positively on both Android and iOS.
The Calm features are available through Samsung Health in the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, Hong Kong, India, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and South Africa.
