Facebook could be developing something to ban words, phrases and even emojis from comments on users’ timelines.
Researcher Jane Manchun Wong’s new finding in the app reveals that people who post comments with those words and their friends will be able to see them, reported TNW.

While Facebook already has a spam filter for comments, this new feature can power users to flush out targetted harassment and hate speech from their comments.
Instagram already allows people to filter comments on their posts through manually defined keywords. Twitter also lets users block out certain words and phrases from their timelines.
