PSL to pay tribute to Nazia Hassan at its closing ceremony

The closing ceremony of the fourth PSL edition will take place on March 17

It seems as if things have been cleared up between the PSL authorities and Zoheb Hassan as he confirmed recently that his sister Naziz Hassan’s iconic hit song will be playing at the closing ceremony of the PSL.

Zoheb shared on his social media account that songs Dosti and Disco Deewane, which he and his late sister, sang in the early 80s, will play at the closing ceremony.

On February 14, Zoheb threatened to take legal action against the PSL administration for using their tracks without his permission but it seems like the issue has been resolved.

He had slammed the cricket tournament for using Nazia’s hit number Disco Deewane on the opening night without permission. The song was performed by Shuja Haider and Aima Baig.

The closing ceremony of the fourth PSL edition will take place on March 17 at Karachi’s National Stadium.
