Pakistan finished in third place in Group D of the tournament
Pakistan will be eyeing a spot in the quarter-finals of the 2018 Hockey World Cup as they play Belgium in the crossover stage of the competition in the Indian city Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
Greenshirts qualified for the knockout stage after finishing in third place in Group D.
They were beaten 1-0 by Germany and the fixture against Malaysia finished 1-1. The Greenshirts were then beaten 5-1 by the Netherlands in their final game of the pool stage but still managed to qualify for the next round because of their superior goal difference over Malaysia.
The Belgian side finished in second position with seven points.
They beat Canada by 5-1 in their opening game of the tournament and managed a 2-2 draw against hosts India.
The side then triumphed over South Africa 5-1.
The winners of the fixture will go on to play against Germany in the quarter-final stage on December 13.
