A former cricketer recalled memories of the PCB Patron's Trophy match in which the National Bank team was dismissed for just 20 runs against Pakistan Customs at the UBL Cricket Ground.

Nadeem Iqbal, who played a key role in Pakistan Customs' win, said that the deliveries were bowled on the right line and the batsmen were being dismissed in regular fashion.

"I took six wickets, which included a hat trick as well," he said while recalling his performance in the first innings. "Azhar Shafiq took four wickets," he added.

"This is a lucky ground for me."

National Bank was bowled out for just 20 runs while batting first in their Patron's Cup match against Pakistan Customs in 1998.

Pakistan Customs managed to win the game by an innings and 221 runs.

Answering a question regarding his comparison with Waqar Younis, Iqbal said that its up to God how much respect he gives an individual.

"I never had problems in this regard," he added.

He went on to say that Pakistan is not producing bowlers with express pace as club cricket is dying out and first class players are not being paid.
