Ali Sadpara, three others scale Mt Pumori

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani mountaineer Muhammad Ali Sadpara and his climbing partner Spanish climber Alex Txikon successfully summit Mount Pumori (7,161 m) without using supplemental oxygen in the region on Saturday (January 20) becoming the only team to scale a peak above 7,000 m in the winter climbing season. 

It may be mentioned here that Sadpara is in Nepal to climb Mount Everest in winter without oxygen.

According to details, Sadpara along with the Spaniard, Pemba Bhote Sherpa and Nuri Sherpa successfully climbed the mountain at around 11:30 am. – APP
