DUBAI: Karachi Kings overseas player Ravi Bopara has confirmed that he will travel to Lahore if his team beats Peshawar Zalmi to reach the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The final will be held at Gaddafi Cricket Stadium in Lahore on March 5.
“If we win tonight I will travel to Lahore for the final. @KarachiKingsARY @thePSLt20 #DhanDhanaDhanHogaRe,” he tweeted.
Bopara is the first Karachi Kings player to have confirmed his participation in the mega event.
According to reports, Chris Gayle, Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene have already pulled out of the final.
Quetta Gladitors overseas players Kevin Pietersen, Luke Wright, Rile Rossou, Tymal Mill and Nathan McCullum withdrew from the final match over security concerns. – SAMAA
